Over these 2 weeks, Scott Johnson will guide you through the many elements of yoga that help us to become more present in our lives. Through the practices of Ashtanga Yoga, meditation and philosophy we will look at how their integration helps us find our own way, our own unique movement and our innate connection to ourselves and the world. How do we individually approach yoga in relation to our own lives? Can we see deeper into how yoga can help us nurture our breath and movement awareness? How does yoga philosophy integrate with how we see and act in the world? Questions that hopefully will be answered as we move along – together – during these two weeks.
