November 21, 2026 - December 5, 2026
November 21, 2026 - December 5, 2026

Over this very special 2 week retreat we will explore the importance of our personal yoga practice. The practice which is our rock, our precious sword, which cuts through the drama and reactiveness and allow us to live intelligently, while transforming our outer environment and centring our inner environment.
Our immersion is designed to keep bringing us back to breath, back to mantra, back to self-responsibility, while teaching that these ancient techniques of yoga hold the secret to discovery – the discovery that our only responsibility is the ability to respond to all situations in life with awareness, attention, inquiry and imagination. Together as a collective we will discover that from these key responses, the world around us blossoms into the mystical, magical miracle it is to be alive.
The true gift of this immersion is what you will take home, not just a holiday, but a memory that has feeling, a memory of knowledge, a memory that inspires you to continue on your personal path, renewed and empowered.
Our Journey will begin with Morning Asana Practice, initially presented as a Counted group class to set the focus and foundations to progress to self-counted / self-directed / assisted self-practice.
We will have 3 weekly afternoon classes, where we together will explore Theory, Technique, Philosophy, Pranayama, Chanting and Meditation.
There will be a strong focus on Self-Empowerment through journeying deep into the enquiry of ‘SELF’ – Hearing Self, Seeing Self and Feeling Self. Reclaiming ones one sovereignty and dominion of Mind, Breath and Body.
From our deep explorations into Self, we will arrive in the coherence of Mind and Heart.
And AUTHENTICITY Learning how to love our selves Unconditionally, in this body and with this mind, and from the moment of acceptance and loving unconditionally moving up into the full understanding of Compassion for self and Compassion for others, we will reach out to each New Moment, knowing there is an opportunity to celebrate Authenticity and as a collective to shine and blossom together.
