This is a unique opportunity to work closely with both Kia & Scott whose combined teachings include extensive experience of Ashtanga Yoga Mysore Style, profound knowledge of breath, pranic energy, subtle and physical anatomy, mindfulness, and hands-on adjustments.

They offer an including, warm and inspiring space open for personal exploration and inquiry. Kia & Scott are excited to bring their beautiful Mysore communities together to share the universal language of yoga!

This retreat is open for all levels of practitioners – from beginners to advanced.
